VI - CONTROL is a detoxifier agent produced from yeast cell walls.

Used during alcoholic fermentation to remove substances that may inhibit the metabolic activity of yeasts. Prevents still fermentations and foments its restoration.

VILUB FDA 99,5 is pharmaceutical glycerin of plant origin, consisting in glycerol 1,2,3 - propanetriol.

Several applications in the food industry, including increasing body in liqueurs and brandys.

Also used as a lubricant, in pumps and conveyer belts of food products’ bottling lines.
