Why do we need your data?

Vienol, Ltd., is dedicated to wine products commercialization and subsidiary services, such as product transport and delivery. The processing of your data is relevant towards the observance of the sales or services agreement between you and Vienol, or any pre-contractual arrangements upon your request.

In case you wish to contact us via the form available on our website, personal data will be requested. The provision of your data is essential so we can follow up on your request. In other words, the data processing is indispensable for the diligent execution of pre-contractual or contractual requirements with Vienol.

Our data will be stored to this purpose while the contractual relation lasts or, in case of inactivity, for two years, except for any legal obligation incumbent os us.

2 - Marketing

Vienol may use your data in order to inform you of our products and services.

This use is subordinate to your consent upon providing your data.

In case of your consent, marketing communications will be sent to your email address.

Vienol will not share your data with any third party.

Your data will be stored to that end while the contractual relation lasts or, in case of inactivity, for two years.

3 - Video Surveillance

Vienol uses a video surveillance system, properly indicated.

Recordings from the video surveillance system are encrypted and stored for 30 days from the moment of recording, after wich they are destroyed (without prejudice of a longer period of conservation in case of judicial proceedings).

What are my rights?

At any moment you can:

• Request access any information we have on you;

• Request the rectification of any incorrect or incomplete information;

• Oppose the processing of your data;

• Request the elimination or limitation of your data processing.

You should be aware that in certain cases (due to legal requirements, for example) your request may not be immediately met.
