Caramel Ref. TM is a solution of caramelized sugar (E 150b).

Used in beverages and in several feed: soft drinks, beers and sidras.

 

In oenology: liqueurs and brandies.

VI - ANTHOS is a highly soluble natural extract of pellicle from unfermented fresh grapes (E 163).
 

Natural colourant in the food industry: beverages, fruit preparation, jams, ice creams and others food products with lower pH (<3,5).
