Bonificador Ref. AM is a concentrated solution of invert sugar (glucose + fructose).

Used in beverages and in several food products.​

In oenology: sparkling wines, distilled spirits and liqueurs.

RECTIFIED CONCENTRATED MUST (RCM)

RCM is a product obtained by dehydration of white grape must. 

Subjected to a treatment of deacidification and elimination of all components other than sugars.

Used in wines: as a fermentation fortifier and to increase residual sugar.

Also in sparkling wines, liqueurs and distilled spirits.

CONCENTRATED RED MUST

CRM is a product obtained by partial dehydration of natural red must (or sulfurized), until it reaches a refractometric concentration equal to or greater than 50,9% at 20 ºC.

Used in wines: as a fermentation fortifier and to increase residual sugar.
